Dispatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee ofavailability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

Prices and Tax.

The price shown for the goods includes postage and packing within the EU, worldwide postage is available for €5.00.  If charges apply they will appear in the Check out once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm your order.   Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.

Cancellation and Returns

If you are not satisfied with the goods you must advise us of same within 7 days of receipt. Please inform us by e-mail of your intention to return the goods advising us that you are returning them and why.   You have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or a replacement. 

Upon receipt of your email we will issue a returns receipt number which should be included in the package containing the items to be returned. Please note that the items being returned must be in perfect condition and unworn.  Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the returns number.

Colours

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.  In the case of hand made items there may be slight variations.

Confidentiality

All confidential information,including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us againstany claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this website.

Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
